By registering for and/or participating in the program, class, session or other event identified as Supper Solved Inc (the "Event") you hereby agree to the terms and conditions of this Waiver and Indemnity Agreement. "FOR AND IN CONSIDERATION" of my participation in the Event, I hereby agree that I shall not assert any responsibility or liability adverse to Supper Solved Inc, or its affiliates, including, but not limited to "Supper Solved" and their directors, officers, agents, members, representatives, and employees, in any manner whatsoever, for any aspect of the Event. I understand and agree that I will be solely responsible for, and assume the risk of, the food handling procedures which I employ during the course of the Event or after any food prepared by me is removed from Supper Solved premises including, but not limited to, the freezing and refrigerating of the food. Supper Solved recommends that all food prepared in connection with the Event be taken straight home immediately after the Event, and placed in a freezer. I understand and agree to use a food thermometer and follow internal temperature requirements when cooking my entrees. I understand and agree that the nutritional information provided for Supper Solved entrees is solely for the purpose of giving as much information as possible regarding the nutritional content of Supper Solved recipes. This information is approximate and may vary based on the cooking method, time, and adherence to the recipe when prepared. Further, I do hereby agree without exception to indemnify and hold harmless Supper Solved, its affiliates, and their directors, officers, agents, members, representatives, and employees from all responsibility for any injuries or damages I sustain, or that anyone affiliated with or connected with me in any way may sustain, in connection with or resulting directly or indirectly from my participation in the Event and the food handling procedures I, or anyone affiliated with or connected with me in any way may, employ after the Event.
