Q. How much does SupperSolved cost?
Entrees cost $4.22 per serving when assembling 12 meals.
Entrees cost $4.58 per serving when assembling 6 meals.
For To Go orders add $30. For Delivery orders add $45 (up to 10km) or $55 (between 10km and 15km).
Q. How long does a typical session last?
A typical session should take 1-2 hours depending on how many meals you ordered. On average one entree takes 10 minutes to assemble.
Q. How do I register for a session?
Click on the "Session Sign-up" link above and follow the easy steps. Or if you prefer call us at 416-848-0528 or come directly in to our store and someone will be glad to assist you.
Q. Do I have to pre-register for a session?
You can always pop in or call to see if we have space available. But, by pre-registering you are assuring a spot in our kitchen and you are assuring that you will get the specific entrees you like.
Q. Can I bring a friend or spouse with me to my session?
Of course. We would love for you to share your experience with a friend or loved one. However, we request that you only bring one person.
Q. Can I bring my children with me to my session?
You are more than welcome to bring your child as long as he or she is 7yrs of age or older. However, we request that you only bring one child at a time.
Q. What should I bring with me?
Customers should bring a cooler, laundry basket, or something in which to carry your meals home. We provide the pans and bags needed for your entrees.
Q. Can I reschedule my session?
Of course. Customers are asked to please notify us of their cancellation prior to 48 hours of their session.
Q. What is your cancellation policy?
If you cannot attend a session we will gladly reschedule your session or provide you with a full refund. For cancellations made within 48 hours of the session, Supper Solved will prepare your meals for pickup for a $30 To Go fee.
Q. What are your store hours?
September through May SupperSolved is closed on Mondays. We are open Tuesday through Friday 11am to 6pm, Saturday 11am-5pm and Sunday 11am-2pm. During the months of June, July and August SupperSolved is closed on Sunday, Monday and Tuesday. We are open Wednesday-Friday 11am-6pm and Saturday 11am-5pm. If we are holding sessions later in the evening on one of those days, then we will be open later. Please see 'Our Calendar' for session days and times or give us a call (416-848-0528) to inquire about hours of operation for specific days.
Q. Do entrees come with side dishes?
Some entrees come with side dishes. Additional sides can be purchased from our Grab n' Go freezer at the front of the store.
Q. How many persons do the entrees feed?
Typical entrees feed between 4-6 persons depending on the age and size of those eating.
Q. Can I split my entrees into smaller portions?
Entrees can be split in half, and serve 2-3 persons.
Q. How do I redeem my gift certificate?
Just give us a call or email us and we will take care of everything! You can also just bring it in at the time of your session.

Q. Does Supper Solved provide nutritional information?

Q. I can't read my cooking labels on my entree, what do I do?
Just give us a call at 416-848-0528, if no one answers then email us at info@suppersolved.com
Q. Do I need to thaw my entrees before cooking?
Typically, no. But, the specific cooking instructions for each entree should be followed closely. On the label you will find cooking instructions for both thawed and frozen entrees. If you would like to reduce the cooking time for your entree then you should thaw it and follow the cooking instructions provided for 'Thawed' entrees.
Q. How long can a thawed entree stay in the fridge?
Thawed entrees can be stored in the fridge for up to 2 days. Completely thawed seafood entrees should be cooked within 24 hours.
Q. How long can my entrees stay frozen?
These freeze times are for taste control only. Please keep in mind that your food will be safe to eat for up to 2 years in the freezer but the taste quality might be compromised. We suggest that you consume your meals within the times stated below:
Chicken - 9 months
Beef - 6 months
Pork - 6 months
Fish - 6 months
Q. Are there options for vegetarians?
Each month we offer a number of meals that are either vegetarian or can easily be customized to suit your vegetarian needs. For example, meats can be excluded from certain dishes or substituted for other ingredients such as vegetables, beans, or tofu.

No problem, we will help you in any way we can. Just call our store or email us to discuss how we can accommodate your needs.
